If
an eSupport site has been set up for your face-to-face class please
use the instructions below to login.

- Go to the
website http://Online.apu.edu
- Click the
"Login" button on the left side of the screen.
- You will
enter your Student ID number in the XXX-XX-XXXX format. Please
note: the university does not use SSN any longer for Student
ID numbers.
FIRST TIME USERS: Your password is your first name, first letter
capitalized.
IF YOU'VE BEEN TO ONLINE.APU.EDU BEFORE: Your password is the
same as it was during your last online or eSupport class.
- Click Go
to Class.
- Click on
the tab at the top of the page "User Profile" and
update your email address and password.
If the system
does not recognize your username and password:
- Go to the
website http://Online.apu.edu
- Click "Apply/Enroll"
- Click
on the link to get into an "APUeSupport Course"
- Select
the level of the course in which you wish to enroll (Undergrad,
Grad, ADP).
- Fill in
the requested information. When asked for a Student Number use
your Student ID number which is in the XXX-XX-XXXX format. All
students are given a number which is on all correspondence from
the university. You should not use your Social Security number.
- Select
the term which your course is offered in, and click "Continue."
- You can
now select the course that you are taking to access its online
site.
- If the
system says this login is not unique please follow the directions
at the top of this sheet carefully once more, if still not working

If you can
login but do not see your course:
- Login to
http://online.apu.edu
- Click the
tab at the top of the page "Add & Drop"
- Select
the level of you are taking
- Select
the course you need to be added to
Please
note: the above instructions for adding a course are only available
to eCompanion courses, for fully online courses you can login
following the instructions at the top of the page--if this does
not work please contact Distance Learning at 626-815-5038 regarding
your course.
